48 to 72 Hour Cancellation Policy Strictly enforced !
Due to our group size limitations on some activities, we cannot absorb the cost of people canceling at the last minute, when we are turning away people from Tours that day. Sorry but Coast Guard regulations dictate the number of clients aboard each day. When you give us your credit card information to hold a reservation, you are agreeing to the following cancellation terms and conditions:

1 If the cancellation notification is received not less than 72 hours before the start of the Tour, there will be a 4% fee charged.

2 If the cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours, there will be a 100% cancellation fee charged to your credit card.

3 If the cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours, there will be a 100% cancellation fee charged to your credit card.

Cancellations only accepted during business hours 8-5 pm. Kamanu charters cancellation policy supersedes all previous credit card agreements you have with your credit card company.

Times:	Morning sail: Departs 9:00 a.m., returns 12:30 p.m. Afternoon sail: Departs 1:30 p.m., returns 5:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday We also offer Sunset Sails (48 hr Cancel Notice.)
Boat: Catamaran	Custom Kurt Hughes design, built in 1985, 36 feet long by 22 feet wide -- seating for 24, with shaded area for 6 to 8 and forward netting for laying in the sun...spacious and comfortable.
Private      Charters	Private Charters subject to 72 hr cancelation notice.
Departs: Honokohau Marina.	2.5 miles north of Kailua Village on Hwy. 19 (5 miles south of Keahole Airport). Free parking to the right of the gas station, left side of the harbor. Check in at our office in fuel dock building. See map below for more information.
Snorkel site: Pawai Bay	State Fisheries Management Area just north of the Old Airport Marine Sanctuary. Pawai Bay is within the Queen Liliuokalani Trust Lands at Kaiwi Point and is private land. Excellent variety of fish and dramatic underwater terrain.
